Is the sample kit really free?
Yes — the kit and standard shipping are free, once per business. It contains pre-printed examples of our materials and finishes, not your artwork.
What's the difference between the kit and a prototype?
The kit shows our stock materials and print quality. A prototype is a one-off of your design on your chosen product — that's the paid option, and it's credited against your production run.
How fast will it arrive?
Kits dispatch within 48 hours. Prototypes go into production once artwork is approved.
Can I order more than one prototype?
Yes — many brands prototype two or three variants side by side. Each is credited against the matching production order.
Why should I bother if the 3D preview looks right?
Because a screen emits light and paper reflects it. Colour, texture and weight only tell the truth in your hand — which is exactly why we'd rather post you one than argue about a reprint.
